2013 Peterson Vineyard Pinot Noir
A wine of true vibrancy and tension, the 2013 Peterson Vineyard Pinot Noir has continued to evolve through its aging process. Currently, it’s showing a nose of ripe strawberries, classic Santa Lucia Highlands spice, and variety of complex oak driven notes. This wine was the first from California’s long drought and the resulting wine is higher in tannins and was initially slower to develop in bottle — that slower aging process has allowed this wine to maintain impressive brightness as it evolves.
