2011 Peterson Vineyard Pinot Noir
Savory notes come together in our Pinot from our inaugural vintage — notes of rhubarb, charred leaves, Santa Lucia Highlands spice, Asian spices, pepper, and smoked meat give this wine true complexity. While clearly evolved, there’s still much verve and bright berry-driven fruit to balance the savory qualities. This wine’s long finish and solid structure led us to believe this wine would evolve for years to come, and it has only continued to impress us.
